Senior Art Classes finally return in August!


Senior Visual Art Classes are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Marquette Arts & Culture Center, located in the lower level of Peter White Public Library. Each month, a professional, local artist will lead the group on a new project.
Visual Arts class Acrylic Pouring Techniques with Marlene Wood is August 18th, PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.


Senior Dance Classes are expected to resume in October.


The Senior Theatre Experience is continuing virtually through check-ins and a podcast (www.anchor.fm/seniortheatrepodcast) featuring short stories shared by students.
Senior Acting Classes with Moire will resume in September! Acting Classes will be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 4:00pm-5:00pm in the Marquette Arts & Culture Center, located in the lower level of Peter White Public Library. September dates are the 13th and 27th. No prior acting experience necessary to participate.

Senior Art classes are free to City of Marquette, Powell Township, Marquette Township, and Chocolay Township residents ages 55+, and a suggested $5 donation for nonresidents.
